Al Gore, JFK skeptic
Per our recent post on "What did Washington political elite think of JFK's death?", this 1992 wire service story (found on the National Security Agency website) notes an oft-forogtten fact: As a vice presidential candidate Al Gore said he did not think one man, alone and unaided, killed JFK.
Once elected he abandoned his belief in this inconvenient truth.
