Arizona Republican Proposes Justice for JFK Act
Rep. Schweichert's bill would declassify all assassination files in 30 days
Rep. David Schweikert (R-Arizona) proposes to do what Presidents Trump and Biden failed to do: immediately declassify all of U.S. government’s records related to the JFK assassination.
The Justice for Kennedy Act, introduced on January 30, requires six top agency and department heads in the federal government “to publicly disclose all assassination records and information relevant to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy” within 30 days.
