Biden Administration Rewrites the JFK Records Act
Congress mandated a 'presumption of disclosure' but the Justice Department says the president doesn't have to enforce it.
“The Biden Justice Department is attempting to rewrite the JFK Records Act, gutting its presumption of disclosure and replacing it with the same-old blanket approvals of agency withholdings,” said Rex Bradford, president of the Mary Ferrell Foundation, in response to a court motion filed Feb. 6 in San Francisco.
