Supreme Court's curbs on federal agencies probably won't impact secrecy system
JFK Facts YouTube editor Ryan Carter asks a good question about last week’s landmark Supreme Court case overturning a previous ruling (known as the Chevron decision), that required federal courts to defer to the expertise of executive branch agencies.
The context behind his question: The Mary Ferrell Foundation (MFF) has sued President Joe Biden and the National Archives for failure to enforce the 1992 JFK Records Act, and, as reported yesterday, is appealing a federal court ruling partially in favor the president.
