Federal Judges Hear Arguments in JFK Records Case

The Mary Ferrell Foundation pleads for full disclosure before the Ninth Circuit

The Federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit heard oral arguments on Nov. 13 in the case of Mary Ferrell Foundation v. President Biden and the National Archives (MFF v Biden), a civil action brought on behalf of researchers seeking access to still-secret files related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963.
