Here’s the Dec. 6 Mary Ferrell Foundation press conference that’s making news at home and abroad..

In my presentation I add more detail to my Nov. 22 post, “Yes, There Is Smoking Gun” laying out what we know about CIA operational activities around accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald in the summer and fall of 1963 and where the rest of the story is concealed.

Judge John Tunheim, former chair of the Assassination Records Review Board, says that the 44 CIA documents I seek should be made public on Dec. 15.

Former CIA officer Rolf Mowatt-Larssen also comments.

While others can focus on the level of `Cui Bono,' who benefits by the killing of JFK, and pivot to extremely dubious theories involving Israel and the Mossad, I was struck by the CBS News breaking news account presented by Walter Cronkite on Nov. 22, 1963, identifying the alleged assassination rifle as "a Mauser."

The problems with these three connected homicides on November 22 and November 24, 1963, could start right there. Was it a Mauser, or a Mannlicher-Carcano? Why would there be confusion?

The thing of it is, this case is a 20th and 21st century labyrinth, and you can figure out who is Theseus and what is the Minotaur, maybe.

Great job on the video presentation, Jeff.
