If you were holding your breath for the release of the new plan to release the JFK documents that were ordered by law (Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (Public Law 102-526)) to be released in 2017, you should stop already. Breathe.
If the plans for disclosure of JFK documents (and for documents relating to Robert F. Kennedy and Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.) as ordered by President Donald Trump in his Executive Order on Jan. 23 (EO 14176) have been delivered to the president by their deadlines, which are now past due, they haven’t been released to the public.
