Judge Who Reviewed JFK Files Calls on Congress to Investigate
Last week's "non-disclosures," Tunheim says, show the "law is not being followed"
In response to last week’s “partial release” of JFK assassination records, Judge John Tunheim, former chair of the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB), called on Congress to hold one, and possibly more, oversight hearings.
“I’m hoping that Congress will react to the latest round of non-disclosures with a hearing to determine why the 1992 law is not being followed,” Tunheim said from his office in the federal courthouse in Minneapolis.
