The president’s limousine arrived at Parkland Hospital around 12:35 pm. President Kennedy was still alive as he was lifted out of the car and placed on a gurney, and Secret Service agent Clint Hill removed his suit jacket and draped it over the President’s head before leading the First Lady out of the vehicle.
