Trump's nominee has proposed a '24/7 declassification office' in the White House
President-elect Donald J. Trump has nominated 44-year-old Kashyap Pramod “Kash” Patel to be the next director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A former Department of Justice prosecutor under President Barack Obama, Patel went on to serve in a series of national security roles during Trump’s first term, including chief of staff of the Secretary of Defense.
