With a little help from Bob Dylan, let us unpack 'the greatest magic trick under the sun'
In my speech at Duquesne University last fall recounting what I have learned in 30 years of news reporting on JFK’s assassination, I turned first to novelist George Orwell and then to Nobel Laureate Bob Dylan for deeper insights.
“T’was a dark day in Dallas/November 1963/a day that will live/in infamy,” Dylan moaned in his 2020 JFK song-poem, “Murder Most Foul.”
He got that right.
