What I learned from my 30 years of JFK journalism

In November 2023 I gave a talk about what I have l learned in 30 years of reporting on CIA involvement in the events leading to President John F. Kennedy’s assassination.

What follows is an excerpt from that hour-long presentation, in which I summed up what we know now about the causes of the death of the 35th president. With a little help from George Orwell, Bob Dylan, and Sherlock Holmes, I discuss the most important developments in the JFK case in recent years. I conclude by telling the documented story of one CIA officer whom we now know was involved in the wrongful death of JFK.
