With less than 150 days until the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to certify the results of the 2024 election, the FBI is still pursuing rioters who disrupted the last meeting of the Electoral College on Jan. 6, 2021.
I have been following the Jan. 6 prosecutions by monitoring court filings as they are published in PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) and highlighted in press releases from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia. Almost 1,500 people have been charged and the FBI continues to make new arrests.
