After reading this I have mixed feelings.

Trump complied with the CIA and other agencies at the beginning of his term not to release certain JFK related files. From the declassified e-mails it appears that Trump was not paying much attention to the issue and allowed himself to be trapped by the Establishment. CIA Director Pompeo indeed told Trump that people would die if the files were released. This is a variation on the same theme Johnson used to browbeat others to accept the results of the Warren Commission.

Biden bowed to the will of the National Security Establishment, and had Harris won, she likely would have as well.

So what to say about this upcoming term?

On one hand, Trump may want to work with certain elements in Congress who represent the National Security State in order to push through his agenda. This may mean once more kowtowing to them and finding some excuse to keep the files secret. That said, Robert F. Kennedy II now has influence in Trump's inner circle, and he and others like him may bring pressure on Trump to release the documents.

If anything we may see an internal war over this issue soon coming to a head in the Trump White House.

If Trump throws Tulsi and RFK Jr off the train without a fight, we'll know what to expect of Trump with regard to the JFKA.

How hard Trump fights for Tulsi Gabbard as his Director of National Intelligence might indicate how hard he will fight to release all the JFK records. If he throws Tulsi under the bus, I suspect he will cave to the national security state again on the JFK files.

We will see how courageous Trump really is.

When Trump failed to release the documents in his first term he had much less experience with the deep state and his selection of cabinet officials and advisors. I believe he is much more vested in some release of documents since RFKJ’s endorsement played a role in his claim to a populist movement bringing in even democrats such as Kennedy and Gabbard and likely contributing to his victory. He also wants to be able to tout “promises made, promises kept.” He also has the very personal experience of almost being assassinated TWICE. He has not committed to day one action but has touted moving on the documents “very soon.”

If Trump truly wants to eliminate unnecessary spending, exposure of the root causes of the assassination might fit like a glove. The runaway military budget and the many wars since 1963 can trace their origins to a President that wanted to avoid Vietnam and was simply eliminated.

As for my JFK questions — If Kash Patel is confirmed at FBI, and he has the ability to release any FBI documents under his purview, will that create even greater pressure for the scuttling of the current “Transparency Plans” and promote additional document releases? I also wonder what the implications of Trump failing to release the documents would be. If he can’t get it done with all that I just stated, what does that mean? Is the nation so dumbed down that we can go on with accepting unelected and unidentified powers controlling our government and even our history?

"Is the nation so dumbed down that we can go on with accepting unelected and unidentified powers controlling our government and even our history?"

YES, absolutely. We have suffered under an oligarchy for at least 75 years (or 200 years?).

It was recently discovered by The Guardian that my elderly congressperson has been living in a dementia care facility for at least the last six months. Evidently, no one cared that she was AWOL and could no longer do her powerful job in Congress (shoveling money to the arms manufacturers). She and Biden prove that the elected government is essentially superfluous.

There may be issues other than the JFK assassination which open people's eyes and motivate them to take action, for example the lies around COVID and the COVID vaccines.

Statistical fraud in measuring effectiveness:

Cancer concerns:

Or the massive fraud being committed in the health insurance industry ("One of the Biggest Frauds in History"):

https://youtu.be/TJkk94PROwE?si=vL1xf0pnRSnC3p9x

It's all related, and when you boil it all down, it's about money and power: more for our oligarchs and less for everyone else. That's the big picture. The ordinary American, even whether we live or die, isn't a concern. We don't count.

Trump has shown us hasn't he?

He does nothing that does not benefit him.

Don't take any 'wooden nickles' from this snake oil salesman.

In my estimation Trump is beyond recovery. Biden / TRump, Trump / Biden.

Hang on for the next four years, it will be painful.

I believe Trump 47 will be a different experience than Trump 45. Family has been substituted for by oligarchs. From my perspective as a 78 year old, the deck of cards that occupy the space between his ears, appears to contain more jokers than Aces. Not sure it is wise to place too many bets on what he will do. AT LEAST HE WON’T GO TO JAIL!

Trump's nominations alone tell a story of a disordered mind. For example, how can anyone reconcile the nomination of anti-regime-change-wars Tulsi Gabbard with the nomination of a Neocon warhawk like little Marco?

Is Trump courageous enough to take on the national security state? There's no evidence to suggest he is. He wouldn't take on Big Pharma and the health insurance companies after promising a cheaper and better healthcare system than Obama(Romney)care

One could argue Trump likes a variety of opinions and he is the ultimate “decider.” Sort of like Lincoln’s team of rivals.

Sure. When someone mentions Trump who immediately springs to mind but Abraham Lincoln?

Unfortunately, it looks like his administration will be heavily weighted towards the Neocon warhawks. Gabbard seems to be an exception.

Mr. Loebel, I understand your comment. But I respectfully agree with "Anti-war leftist', that Lincoln and Trump do not fit easily into the same sentence. I am not optimistic that Trump will do anything positive for the JFK Case, nor healthcare, nor global peace. Let's hope I am wrong.

The answer to your questions: "NO!"

All your queries suffer from the same false premise. Trump is NOT in control of these matters. And even if he were in control, his promises are totally worthless.

But it gets worse. Once again you are expecting the parent country to provide evidence that inculpates itself in the crime of regicide.

You are proudly speaking truth to power that is preserved by lies.

When will you realize that speaking truth ABOUT power to the millions abused by power is our last hope for justice?

Maybe you know something I'm not familiar with, but Trump, as President, has total control over releasing any or all of the remaining JFK files. At least according to the original document signed into law in 1992 by President George Bush. Please fill me in as to why that's not correct.

Unless they 25th amendment him and remove him, then he does have the power to declassify. I don't think he will, but in the end, with something like the 25th amendment, he really doesn't have the power.

All I can also do and say is just to keep pushing forward and keep presenting my face. I can only hope that it is widely understood before I die.

I can tell you that Rene Dussaq had missions against the German atomic bomb program. This is most likely why the German atomic bomb files in possession of the United States remain classified to this day.

Charles, take a deep breath, please. J. T., Jr. has left you with tranche of print documentation and personal recordings. I await your future publication. One of the challenges you face is that many persons alive today do not fully appreciate what leading-edge communication was like during the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, and the fact that JT was at the tip of the spear while producing top-of-the-line communications for White House, President and a Country at War, three times?! Thank you. I had not seen that before.

I have so much to say, but I will address the one part where the author in that video says that he wonders what type of brainwashing abilities they have to convince these people such as Roscoe that killing JFK would save world peace.

All of these people involved, including Roscoe, were not crazy or brainwashed. They are people just like you and me. They had every reason to believe world peace was at risk.

What kind of man would the government entrust with the continuity of governance program and the protection of nuclear codes? That was my great uncle. It was on his deathbed that he explained how he got the job. The JFK assassination was just the climax of a much larger story.

There are four main groups of researchers that I know are on the same track. If I made a brief explanation here as to who my great uncle was or what he did you would call me crazy. Just to be clear, there is nothing paranormal, aliens aren’t involved, it is just gritty down to earth facts. So for now I can try to point to these other research groups and explain how they are telling the same story.

Before the assassination Douglas Bazata was my great uncles main source of information about the assassination.

How could a Cuban agent (Dussaq) arrange a phony autopsy and orchestrate a massive coverup involving members of several US agencies and the military?

Expand full comment

He didn’t do it alone. His story is only from his point of view. Just like Roscoe Whites story is only from his point of view.

It was as if everyone knew it was going to happen. Perhaps they just didn’t know when.

Bazata said he tried to expose the plot, but no one would listen. Rene knew he was doing that and just complained that that was what the problem was, no one would listen to anything.

Frankly, I feel like I am experiencing the same thing. No one listens.

When I asked my great uncle when he first heard about the assassination it was partly Bazata and the other part the cable from Australia saying the payment for the assassination wax $100,000.00. These were one and two years ahead of time.

Bazata called Dulles and Dulles yelled on the phone when he answered,”What do you want!” So Bazata hung up. I know my great uncle was upset with Dulles.

I can see Trump trying to please everyone, and save face for himself, by releasing some of the files , but not the most important ones. At the end of the day I don’t think it matters too much , the real truth of the JFK assassination was probably either never written down in the first place, and /or anything resembling the truth that was written down was destroyed decades ago.

Jeff —For your question #5 regarding Joannides, I re-read your book "Morley vs. CIA - My Unfinished JFK Investigation". WOW... Your book really provides great background on your efforts. A couple points stood out to me include Page 57, from Judge Henderson's descent, that refers to 411 (maybe down now to 44) documents not provided to you on Joannides and page 68, From Judge Kavannah, where he agrees somewhat with your lawsuit claim that the remaining files are unreasonably being withheld by the CIA. In any case, do others with a focus on JFK in 2025 realize the ground you have made thus far on disclosing the remaining Joannides files? Keep up the great work!!

How many times will Morley ask the same questions:

https://www.onthetrailofdelusion.com/post/morley-keeps-asking-the-same-questions

There is absolutely no evidence that Diaz was involved in the JFK assassination; Morley has missed large segments of that FBI file which have been released; The ARRB examined the Joannides' personnel file and released what was relevant -- and they knew exactly who Joannides was; the remaining redactions in documents will not tell us anything about the JFK assassination -- Judge Tunheim has already been very clear that there are no smoking guns there.

Expand full comment

An effort to control evidence seems to have begun when JFK was removed from Parkland. Why would there be any evidence of Diaz being involved if he was? Why would redactions lead to directions researchers are looking for? Was anything pertinent ever recorded for future historians to discover? I don't know the answers to these questions but turning over all records might provide an answer but then again they still might not.

Expand full comment

Before you accuse anybody of being involved in the assassination, you should have SOME evidence. In the case of Herminio Diaz, there is absolutely NO evidence that he was involved. Just because you think somebody may be involved is no reason to declassify all of that person's records. Then you can just go on a fishing expedition. There was no effort to control evidence -- whatever that means -- how could there be? ALL of the records have been released -- there are just some with redactions -- and those have already been examined by the ARRB. Judge Tunheim has repeatedly said there is nothing there. But yes, let's release most of that stuff - but not the social security numbers of people who are still alive (400+ records).

Expand full comment

I agree wholeheartedly with everything you've written. Certainly, in the case of the Hosty note, evidence was not retained. I feel that were there crimes associated with government officials, they would not record evidence of guilt. Social Security numbers of people alive or dead should be off the record. However, in the case of Herminio Diaz there are unsubstantiated inklings that he moved through suspected circles. As far as controlling evidence, undeveloped photos were retained, the films were confiscated and examined, and reputable witnesses to the autopsy disagree with official findings. Corroborating witnesses were not called to give testimony and some people have viewed this as a means of controlling evidence.

Expand full comment

"unsubstantiated inklings that he moved through suspected circles." I translate that into meaning there is no evidence of anything. What suspected circle? And who suspects the circle? What unsubstantiated inklings? What films were confiscated? What witnesses were not called to give testimony? You have no specifics on anything (except the note which is legitimate).
