Regarding the topic of LHO's tax records, I would refer you to a comment submitted to Jim DiEugenio's website, "Kennedys & King" and posted on 3/19/22. The comment was from Doug Horne, a well known investigator for the HSCA. Horne noted that he was legally restricted in what he could reveal about LHO's tax returns under federal law. He did reveal two interesting findings, though: (1) LHO received NO earnings from the USMC in Q3 1959. His date of discharge was 9/11/59. So not only did he become fluent in Russian during the summer of 1959, he did so while apparently living without an income.

Horne also stated that Roy Truly, the manager of the TSBD and LHO's boss, was NOT paid any income by TSBD in Q4 1963. in other words, the man who identified LHO to Officer Baker as a TSBD employee in the lunchroom 90 seconds after the assassination was not getting paid by them, and had not been paid by them from 10/1/63 to 11/22/63.

I think full disclosure of Oswald's and Truly's tax records might lead to some interesting findings.
