In 2013, Gary Loucks claimed that Sam Kinney had told him the same story of finding a bullet and placing it on JFK's stretcher: JFK Secret Service Agent Sam Kinney's neighbor's (Gary Loucks) revelations https://youtu.be/ZaW6k0N6ZzI?si=yh1wONe2ZwZJQyZ6 via @YouTube

I chatted with Gary Louck several times (basically a "soft" cross-examination) and then reviewed sam kinney's prior statements and interviews. I concluded that Gary Louck is not credible when he says Kinney told him he picked up bullet from the limo and placed it on a stretcher. Kinney was a by-the-book guy and would not havecompromised the chain of custody nor violated the chain of command.

How much of the hour does one question take?????? I was born in 1949 and this one gentleman has said, "I'm ", one time too many, at least.

Jefferson this guy doesn't get it, this isn't about what he thinks about this history. Thanks for shutting him down.

Could be Landis have been concerned about CIA capping his ass?

I pretty sure we have the evidence not much investigative work was being done about the time Mr. Landis found this bullet.

Damned straight the Secret Service needs to b reigned in.

Anything, anything new factual in nature that ads to the story that CIA was watching LHO and CIA lied about it should be earth shaking at this point in history.

Thanks Jeff & Co.

Well his story supports the Rene Dussaq story in many ways. The one aspect I had been trying to understand is how they loaded blanks into Oswald’s gun, but there it is. For me I thought a blank was where there was no bullet, just a capped cartridge. As Landis described the “magic bullet”, it was as if it was short charged. Meaning it didn’t have the proper amount of powder. It was an effective blank.

In the above podcast, I referred to the testimony of Nurse Audrey Bell, in reference to JFK’s wounds, as she observed them in Trauma Room 1. The following are her remarks, from her April 14, 1997 testimony, to the ARRB. [Note that Nurse Bell was not interviewed by the Warren Commission — nor did the HSCA ask her about her observations of President Kennedy’s wounds].

“[Nurse Audrey Bell’s] Recollections of President Kennedy’s Wounds:

-She did not see the throat wound herself;

-Although only in Trauma Room One for 3-5 minutes, she did see the head wound. After asking Dr. Perry ‘where is the wound,’ she said he turned the President’s head slightly to the President’s anatomical left, so that she could see a right rear posterior head wound, which she described as occipital in both her oral remarks, and in her drawings;

-She said she could see brain and spinal fluid coming out of the wound, but could not tell what type of brain tissue it was;

-She said it was her recollection that the right side of the President’s head, and the top of his head, were intact, which is why she had to ask Dr. Perry where the wound was in the first place.”

The flap on JFK's right side above the ear appears in the Z Film. Have always wondered about the lack of discussion on this. It happened it's in the Zapruder Film. J. Hornberger in this podcast says it's a fake. It was painted on. What is he trying to say here. Dont understand . Any clarification would be appreciated.

I believe some contend the flap is evidence of an exit wound from the rear. not 100% sure but if Jacob says its fake, that would be the reason.

Flap appears to show shot from front in Z Film. I've never before heard it was a fake. I would like J. Horneberger to explain what he meant.

Donald Thomas on the acoustical evidence. "If silencers were used by other shooters nobody could prove it from Acoustical evidence" This explains why so many shells, a flurry came into the car. both Hill and Paul Landis say the first shot hit JfK in the back. Many including Roy Kellerman said the last shot was a fast Bang, Bang. Oswald could not do that. So 6 seconds from the first shot as JfK emerges from the sign and headshot frame 313. First hit JFK the second hit Connelly as he testified and a double shot to the head in frame 313. The railroad man in the tower also heard the Double shot. Professional snipers use silencers which explains the flurry of shells also found in the car.

The blackout of the Zapruder head wound was done in a rush but a blow-up of frames 371 to 384 shows the wound to the back of the head the scalp missing to the top right of the head and the blob or flap is still there. Look up frame 371 and the wound is like the autopsy man Jim Jenkins describes it.

Dr. "Mac" was right there given his statements about the head wound standing at JFK's right side. Nothing about a bullet laying there next to the ear. That would have been only a minute or two after Landis placed it on the stretcher. There were reports about dents in the windshield molding maybe caused by fragments or bullet strikes. I would not be surprised if fragments were later found, besides the ones that Paul O'Connor handed to an FBI guy at the autopsy.
