Hi Jeff, a little bit of context on Luna and her statements; I've followed her a bit on the UAP track, and so I think I might have a bit of helpful insight on her terminology.
Sadly, I don't think she's referring to the JFK SCIF, she is more likely talking about the Congressional SCIF that she and the rest of the UAP caucus and oversight committees have been utilizing to interview UAP whistleblowers. And coupled with her mention that they will punish anyone obstructing their work within the agencies, it sounds to me like a threat — "we know (or, will know) what you have, so don't get in our way". It sounds like they're counting on whistleblowers coming to them and revealing what is there, what they should go for, which, I can't lie, that sounds like the best course of action. I do think the implied threat is that while they can't force declassification, they can ask Trump to intervene.
Regarding her mention of calling in Warren commission staffers and Parkland doctors .. I do think it's a bit of a desperate attempt to appeal to ageing insiders to come out as whistleblowers on the congressional record, but it's .. a little late in the day, wouldn't you agree? HSCA and ARRB members may make more sense in this regard. But she could be thinking of original witnesses, like Clint Hill (RIP) or Paul Landis?
Regarding the "two shooters", it's anyone's guess where she picked it up — HSCA? Parkland doctors documentary? Josiah Thompson? Initial FBI report?
However, it's important to note that, even with the powers you might expect from people on the oversight committee, the UAP caucus have had limited success wielding their SCIF access — they have repeatedly been denied access to interviewing specific whistleblowers in the SCIF, as all parties must have matching security clearances. Only a select group of members on the Armed Services, Intelligence, Defense and Homeland Security committees have such clearances, I believe. And without their own subpoena power, really the Task Force doesn't have much power.

If anyone sees this note in the next couple minutes, Luna is being interviewed live on Cuomo, NewsNation. It's 5:18 pm. Should be interesting.
