The Law and the Last of the JFK Files
The challenge of recovering American History from a secretive government
I recently joined attorney Larry Schnapf on Dr. Bill Kanasky Jr.’s Litigation Psychology Podcast Jr. discuss the Mary Ferrell Foundation’s lawsuit to obtain the release of all government documents related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. We discussed the results of the multiple mock trials of accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald; the 1992 JFK Records Act; the role of the CIA and FBI;the government’s process for classifying and declassifying documents, and much more.
I have done some research of my own about that Heath memo that they are also talking in this podcast. It seems to me that it is part of this more larger investigation they made about possible Cuban involvement in the assassination:

At least there is reference to "Don Heath" memo in page 125 and date is right, except they call him Don and not Donald.
RFK, Jr. said he may run for president whether Biden runs or not. If elected, he will most certainly release all the JFK papers unless, perhaps, a CIA official whispers in his ear, "Remember Dealey Plaza."

The man has guts.
Will the CIA keep killing Kennedys who run for president? Will another lone nut be offered up?
Pompeo wanted to murder Julian Assange merely for practicing journalism.
The CIA is still Murder, Inc., as JFK referred to it.
