I have done some research of my own about that Heath memo that they are also talking in this podcast. It seems to me that it is part of this more larger investigation they made about possible Cuban involvement in the assassination:

At least there is reference to "Don Heath" memo in page 125 and date is right, except they call him Don and not Donald.

RFK, Jr. said he may run for president whether Biden runs or not. If elected, he will most certainly release all the JFK papers unless, perhaps, a CIA official whispers in his ear, "Remember Dealey Plaza."

Pompeo wanted to murder Julian Assange merely for practicing journalism.

The CIA is still Murder, Inc., as JFK referred to it.
