Outstanding work by Chad here. Journalism is not surfing the internet and surfing the internet is not journalism. Journalism is going out and seeing things for your self, interviewing people, and taking pictures some people would rather not have taken.

Anti-war leftist and Mike B.

Maybe the best thing that could have been said is, "did you know CIA stood by and let the murder of JFK happen. You alright with that?"

And I'll give you a heads up here, far too many cops don't give one shit about your Constitutional Rights.

Far too many answer with " I'm just doing my job!"" The SS said the same thing or maybe I watch too many movies!

I wish you had said, "You guys know the CIA murdered President Kennedy, don't you? This building holds some of the evidence."

Their reaction might have been interesting, especially that of bad cop.

This brings up the question, why would they challenge a person taking a photograph from open public property? They have no right to deny the actions or inspect the camera.

Michael Moore was getting ready to film the outside of the Israeli embassy from a public sidewalk across the street from the building when out of nowhere the city cops suddenly arrive and tell him he can't film the embassy because the Israelis don't like it.

Watch some videos on "The Civil Rights Lawyer" channel on YouTube, and you will quickly learn that law enforcement officers know virtually nothing about our constitutional rights, not even what you would think they would have learned in civics class. They routinely beat, shoot and kill people for exercising their legal rights. It's appalling.

I’m about as far from Michael Moore as it is possible to be and remain on Earth, but he has every right to record or photograph in public space. City cops have no authority to my knowledge to enforce the desires of a foreign nation. My first question would be “cite your authority” to stop me.

You are the type of guy who they like to beat the shit out of.

Another good cop watcher channel is "We The People University."

Yes, they and their employers get sued, and plaintiffs often obtain huge judgments which the taxpayers pay, yet it goes on day after day.

One big problem is the doctrine of qualified immunity, which the US Supreme Court made up, which shields cops from civil liability for their wrong doing. It needs to go.

Discretion is the better part of valor.

That said, my advice to Morley’s whistleblower is “go big or go home”. Hiding might not work, if this story really gets the CIA to work. The truth is worth standing for, especially as one ages.

I am head of KGB. We already have complete JFK file; Rick Ames gave them to us.

With this experience, you now need to do Area51! A good read...thanks for getting out there...

Teasing about Area51 as I recall about "cammo dudes" in hummers.

I wonder if stories like these have the reverse effect. Assuming the CIA is paranoid and aware of the story, does would this encourage them to move or destroy those documents? I'm not saying Jeff and Chad should not write their stories only that I wonder about the consequences of outing the CIA.

Expand full comment

Honestly, I don't think they're paranoid. My view is this. Thousands of documents stuffed somewhere, and rather than inspect all for any "trade craft" or "bad actor" information, classify it all. Watch Dark Waters and see how Dupont slams the lawyer will a bazillion documents in hundreds and hundreds of documents. Their hope was he'd give up and not bother to investigate it all....he finds the "smoking gun"....

Did you know that British JFKA conspiracy theorist and researcher Malcolm Blunt says a probable KGB “mole” in CIA’s mole-hunting Office of Security by the name of Bruce Leonard Solie (look him up) not only tried to talk David Slawson into letting Yuri “The KGB Had Nothing To Do With Oswald In The USSR” Nosenko testify to the Warren Commission just after the skeptical-about-Nosenko CIA had begun to seriously interrogate him, but also hid OS files on Oswald from the Church Committee and the HSCA?

Seems I may have went a bridge too far last evening.

I understand the objective of the work here is far different from what I direct some of my ranting at.

These new developments are very encouraging, or should be. With the current political climate in the country and the government heading in a hard right direction I find it very difficult to not connect "certain" dots.

Likely to be seem as personal failure of discipline on my part. I apologize for any difficulties I have caused for Jeff and Co..

I have latitude in different areas of my personal interests and concerns that definitely may cause undo distraction for many here. Still I'm happy for the recent developments in the efforts here.

Thanks.

Hi Chad, Thanks for the fantastic article! It was an interesting read. Please, ask Jefferson, to release the discount code to the JFK Facts Members for the forthcoming Oswald File Master Class. Thank you, Ron

Hi. Shelly, Thanks, I did get it, but he is supposed to send a separate email for the discount code. During the last Zoom meeting last week, there were at least 4 participants who were waiting to receive it as well. Thank you, Ron

Mine was in the body of the email itself. Hope you get it straightened out! :)

Hi Shelly, I have yet to get it straightened out and have messaged Morley's Class four times without a response back. Can you please send me the code at ronraquel@icloud.com or call, or text me at 650-922-8759? Thank you, Ron
